Job summary

Meow Wolf is seeking staff for a part-time, seasonal role focused on guest services and front-of-house support. You will greet guests, provide information about tickets and events, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment throughout the venue.

You will assist with ticketing, merchandise sales, and guiding visitors through the interactive exhibition, collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences during a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information about tickets, events, and the Meow Wolf experience.
• Monitor crowds and assist with crowd control for guest and staff safety.
• Process ticketing and merchandise transactions.
• Monitor exhibition objects and ensure proper placement and functionality.
• Provide guests with information about the interactive experience and contributing artists.
• Maintain a pleasant environment by coordinating with the team to keep the space clean and organized.
• Respond to injuries and emergencies and report incidents to the manager on duty.
• Fulfill other duties as required by management.
