Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Yorktown, VA, is seeking a Welder/Fabrication Technician for a temp-to-hire role. The position offers a $25/hr+ pay rate with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks.

Responsibilities include welding/fabrication per specs, operating band saws and shop machinery, reading drawings, assisting with pump system assemblies, and supporting packing/shipping as needed.
