Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old or 18 for para-educator, or hold a Bachelor's Degree
• Hold a high school diploma or GED certificate
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass the Sub Assessment with a composite score of at least 80%, provide certification to HR
• Present the Child Abuse and Neglect Certificate

Responsibilities

• Implement existing lesson plans and motivate students to learn
• Instruct students on a variety of topics
• Follow lesson plans as required by the teacher
• Adhere to procedures and policies followed by regular teachers
• Assign tasks and homework aligned with lesson plans
• Address diverse learning styles accordingly
• Model correct spoken and written English
• Demonstrate professional teaching practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
