Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics in Belton, MO is hiring for a 2nd Shift Fulfillment Team member. Work with RF scanners, pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

You'll inspect quality and accuracy, move goods with pallet jacks, and help keep the space organized and safe. Shifts run 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

A Day in the Life (What You'll Do)

Forget staring at a clock all dayyour shift will be action-packed. Here is what you'll be up to:

• The Treasure Hunt (Order Picking): Zip through our warehouse aisles using RF scanners to track down products and pull together customer orders.
• The Perfect Package (Packing): Pack items securely and efficiently (channel your inner Tetris master!) so they arrive at the customer's door in pristine condition.
• Quality Champion: Be the hero who catches the mistakes! You'll be the final set of eyes verifying SKUs and quantities to guarantee a perfect order.
• Keep It Moving: Print shipping labels, prep packages for the outbound trucks, and use manual pallet jacks to navigate product through the facility.
• Own Your Space: Jam out to the warehouse hum while keeping your workstation clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
