BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley & Hudson is hiring compassionate caregivers for one-on-one home care across Washington and St. Croix counties. We offer weekend morning and evening shifts, flexible scheduling, and team support. You will deliver high-quality care in clients’ homes with nursing oversight.

Competenze

• Must have CNA or HHA certification and current CPR.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Excellent English communication; HIPAA compliance.

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation and safety supervision.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.

Washington County and or St Croix County Locations

Available Shifts:

Full-Time and Part-Time Options!

Day shift: 8 AM - 5 PM

Weekday Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 9 AM - 2 PM

Weekday Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Weekend Shifts available 9:00am - 2:00PM and 9:00PM - 9:00AM

Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver, you will:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with transfers, ambulation, and safety supervision

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities

Help with light household tasks and meal preparation as needed

Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing

Follow individualized care plans while maintaining client dignity and independence

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

Minimum of one year of caregiving experience preferred

High School Diploma or GED

Current CPR certification

Negative TB test or chest X-ray

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)

Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
