BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley is hiring compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, or HHAs for weekend morning and evening shifts. Enjoy flexible schedules, competitive pay, and benefits while delivering one-on-one care to seniors in their homes.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Minimum of one year of caregiving experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and safety supervision.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Help with light household tasks and meal preparation as needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing.
• Follow individualized care plans while maintaining client dignity and independence.

• Weekday Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM and 2:00 - 8:00 PM
• Weekend Shifts available
• Additional weekday opportunities may be available
