Job summary

Crumbl Cookies Midland is hiring for a Closing Team member. We’re seeking dependable, high-energy individuals to assist with cookie prep, decoration, and customer service. You’ll help keep lines moving while upholding Crumbl’s cleanliness and quality standards.

Shifts offer a mix of part-time and full-time opportunities with late-evening close times. You’ll work in a fast-paced, fun team environment, with bi-weekly pay, a strong discount on cookies, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Strong ability to work fast, stay organized, and follow directions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ensure all orders are accurate and fulfilled promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Complete end-of-day cleaning tasks (staying approx. 1 hour after close).

• Monday – Thursday:Closes at 10:00 PM

• Friday – Saturday:Closes at 11:00 PM
  (Must be able to stay after hours to clean.)
