Crumbl Cookies is hiring at our Midland location for a crew member who thrives in a fast-paced bakery setting. You will handle customer interactions, assist with order fulfillment, and maintain clean, efficient production areas.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with a competitive base pay plus a lucrative tip pool, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for advancement. Shift variety includes evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Reading and understanding recipes.
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies.
• Decorating and displaying finished product.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

• Pay is made up and base pay and a lucrative tip pool.
• Must be available for closing shift over the week and weekends.
• Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-12:00am (closing duties could range 30 min / 1hour after closing).
