Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is hiring in Midland, TX for a Closing Team role. We’re looking for dependable, high-energy individuals to help bake joy into every cookie and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include following closing procedures, preparing and decorating cookies, and maintaining a clean station while keeping fast ticket times. Flexible PT & FT shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
• Able to work fast, stay organized and follow directions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.

• Complete end-of-day cleaning tasks (staying approx. 1 hour after close).

Available Shifts

• Monday – Thursday:Closes at 10:00 PM

• Friday – Saturday:Closes at 11:00 PM
  (Must be able to stay after hours to clean.)
