Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Midland, TX is hiring for a Morning Prep Baker to support our morning shifts. You will prepare 12–14 batches of cookie dough per shift, follow precise prep instructions for doughs, frostings, and toppings, and operate bakery equipment including mixers and ovens.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.
• Able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached.
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks with consistency.
• Previous food service or baking experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  

• 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
