Crumbl Cookies in Odessa, TX is hiring for the Closing Team. We are seeking dependable, high-energy individuals who can bake, decorate cookies to Crumbl standards, and provide outstanding customer service while keeping a clean, organized workstation.

Roles include following closing procedures, ensuring accuracy of orders, staying late for end-of-day cleanup, and delivering fast service with a friendly smile. Flexible PT & FT shifts available, with bi-weekly pay and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and excellent punctuality.
• Strong ability to work fast, stay organized, and follow directions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.

Available Shifts

• Monday - Thursday: Closes at 10:00 PM

• Friday - Saturday: Closes at 11:00 PM

  (Must be able to stay after hours to clean.)
