Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for Immediate Care in the Evanston, Gurnee, and Skokie area. The role operates in a fast-paced, team-based setting where you will work at the top of your license, with a focus on outpatient care.

The position emphasizes autonomous practice with collaborating physicians, requiring a master's level credential, IL license, and BLS. Schedule is part-time, about 36 hours weekly, with weekday hours and some weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Master's level program in nursing or physician assistant (MSN/MS or NCCPA certification) is required.
• APN or PA licensure in Illinois is required; DEA and Illinois Controlled Substances Licenses are required.
• FNP certification is required for APRNs.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider certification is required (in-person skills validation).
• Minimum 2 years Emergency Department or IC experience as an APN or PA is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a team-based environment under collaborating physicians.
• Perform histories, physical examinations, orders for imaging/lab tests and interpret results.
• Prescribe therapies and manage patient course of treatment in immediate care setting.
• Maintain records and progress notes and participate in patient and family education.
