Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) for Immediate Care in Illinois. The role works in a fast-paced outpatient setting, collaborating with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care. Licensure in IL as APN or PA, with DEA registration, is required.

A minimum of two years in Emergency Department or Immediate Care is expected. The position is full-time equivalent with 36 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, and offers a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Master’s level nursing or PA training required; IL license required.
• NCCPA certification for PAs or equivalent for APRNs.
• BLS/CPR certification with hands-on validation required.
• Minimum 2 years ED/IC experience as APRN/PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in immediate care setting under physician supervision.
• Take histories, perform exams, order tests, interpret results.
• Prescribe therapies and coordinate patient care with team.

Education

Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or MS in specialty area

NCCPA certification (for PAs)

BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider

Emergency Department/IC experience
