Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APN/PA) for Immediate Care in Deerfield and Skokie. Part-time, 36 hours/week, with shifts Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and weekend/holidays 8am-4pm.

Outpatient setting delivering team-based, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Under supervision of collaborating physicians, you will perform exams, order and interpret tests, prescribe therapies, and contribute to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• IL Advanced Practice licensure required (APN/PA).
• MSN/MS or NCCPA certification for PA.
• FNP certification for APRNs.
• BLS/CPR certification (in-person skills validation).
• Minimum 2 years Emergency Department or IC experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Under supervision of physicians, obtain history and perform exams.
• Order imaging and labs; interpret results and write progress notes.
• Prescribe therapies and contribute to evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with health care team to optimize patient outcomes.
