Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for Immediate Care across its northwest Chicago suburbs. The role involves autonomously delivering care, performing exams, ordering tests, and guiding treatment plans in a team-based setting.

Required IL APN/PA licensure, a master's degree, and BLS/CPR certification, with at least two years in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold IL APN or PA licensure and a Master’s degree in a relevant specialty.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Minimum two years APP experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of collaborating physicians.
• Obtain detailed history, perform exams, and order imaging and labs.
• Prescribe therapies and provide pre/post operative instructions.
• Maintain records and participate in developing practice standards.
• Collaborate with health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
