Job summary

HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI seeks a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). The role is full-time, 36 hours/week, night shift from 7p-7a, with every third weekend.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused and mission-driven, applying clinical knowledge to care for a range of medical diagnoses. Required education includes graduation from an approved nursing program with RN licensure in the practice state; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing required for licensure in the state of practice.
• Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license per Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP required based on patient population in the specialty area worked.
• Specialty certifications such as CCRN or CEN are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) for a variety of medical diagnoses.
• Apply clinical knowledge to monitor, assess, and care for critical care and intermediate care patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
