Job summary

UnityPoint Health - Meriter is seeking a Registered Nurse for our IMCU. The role requires a BSN, Wisconsin RN licensure, and CPR certification, with patient care on an intermediate care unit.

You will work a 28-hour week with rotating day and night shifts, including every third weekend and holidays. This 45-bed unit emphasizes critical thinking and teamwork in caring for neurologic, cardiac, metabolic and vascular patients.

Qualifications

• BSN or other nursing degree considered on an individual basis.
• Previous patient care experience (student clinicals acceptable).
• Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification or eligible to complete within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care on the IMCU under nursing leadership.
• Apply nursing process to manage acute and chronic conditions with a multidisciplinary team.
