The coordinator will oversee daily operations, mentor bedside nurses, monitor patient status, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality initiatives while fostering safety and continuous learning within a compassionate team

Qualifications

• RN licensure required with strong clinical judgment for IMCU/step-down.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities for bedside staff.
• Effective communication and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure smooth unit workflow.
• Mentor and develop bedside nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes per protocols.
• Administer medications and provide nursing care while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and adherence to standards.
