MEP Health is seeking an RN IMCU Clinical Nurse Coordinator to coordinate high-quality care for intermediate care/step-down patients. The role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, and collaboration with physicians and the care team to guide care plans.

The coordinator will oversee daily operations, mentor bedside nurses, monitor patient status, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality initiatives while fostering safety and continuous learning within a compassionate team

Qualifications

• RN licensure required with strong clinical judgment for IMCU/step-down.
