Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with strong clinical assessment and IMCU/step-down experience.
• Experience with medication administration and leadership/mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient status and intervene as needed to support safe, effective care.
• Administer medications and ensure accurate, timely treatment.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate care activities that promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
