Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an ICU Clinical Nurse Coordinator to provide leadership and advanced bedside care in a high-acuity intensive care unit in Texas. The role focuses on coordinating patient care plans, staff assignments, and clinical workflows to support safe, evidence-based practice.

The coordinator will mentor ICU nurses, assist with complex procedures, facilitate interdisciplinary rounds, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with strong ICU/critical care experience and advanced clinical judgment.
• Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and workflow management skills.
• Ability to mentor staff, support complex care, and partner across disciplines.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice, regulatory/quality expectations, and safe care delivery.
• Excellent communication and commitment to compassionate, integrity-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans, staff assignments, and clinical workflows to support safe, evidence-based practice.
• Mentor and support ICU nurses while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
• Assist with and support complex procedures and clinical decision-making.
