Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school; enrolled in BSN program with expected completion date.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire; ACLS required.
• NIHSS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current RN license or acceptable license per State Board of Nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing and healthcare administration, and workforce utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinical professionals in a 25-bed Step Down IMC unit.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, manpower planning, and program development.
• Promote quality patient care, customer service, and efficient health care delivery.
