Job summary

The role partners with the CNO to provide leadership for the ED, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and Hillcrest's mission.

The Manager will oversee approximately 21 FTEs (RNs, LPNs, and a paramedic), drive safe, cost‑effective patient care, support staff development, and prepare for planned inpatient behavioral

Qualifications

• Current RN License in Oklahoma
• BSN degree required
• ACLS and PALS within 90 days of employment
• 1 year ED experience minimum
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Assist the CNO with ED leadership and operations
• Act as a bridge between management and clinical staff
• Ensure safe, efficient, cost‑effective patient care and staffing
