Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school; enrolled in BSN program with scheduled completion date.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
• ACLS certification.
• NIHSS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current RN license or license deemed acceptable by the State Board of Nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing and healthcare administration.
• Ability to make sound clinical assessments and institute safe care within a collaborative health team.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of workforce utilization and basic financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinical professionals in a well-supported, transparent, accountable environment.
• Oversee a fully monitored 25-bed Step-Down Intermediate Care unit.
• Promote mission and values and advocate for quality patient care and service excellence.
• Participate in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and program development to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
