Job summary

St. Mark's Hospital is seeking an Imaging Technologist for DAYS shifts to perform radiology procedures and portable exams throughout the hospital.

You will schedule, plan, and complete imaging requests while ensuring patient comfort and high-quality images to support physicians in diagnosis. The role requires ARRT-R Radiography and RT Radiologic Technologist credentials, with BCLS to be obtained within 30 days of starting.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography credential required or in process
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer certification required
• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures in radiology and portable exams across the hospital
• Schedule, plan, and complete imaging requests with accuracy and patient comfort
• Provide a friendly, compassionate environment aligned with the care like family mission
• Stay up to date with current radiology techniques and procedures

Job Summary And Qualifications

• You willbe responsible forprovidingthepatient,the proper procedurewith excellent quality images toassistthe physician in the diagnosis of the patient’s condition or health complaint.
• You will perform a variety of imaging procedures in the radiology department as well as portable exams andc-armprocedures throughout the hospital.
• You will be responsibletoschedule, plan,implementandcompletethe request for service andprovidea friendly and compassionate environment in keeping with the “care like family” mission of the hospital.
• You will possessknowledge of growth anddevelopment;andhaveanunderstandingoftherange of treatment needed for these patient groups.
• You willbe responsibleforstayingup todateofcurrent techniques and procedures.

Opportunities for Growth

We offer accelerated development programs to support colleagues with career advancement into both CT and MRI. These training programs are fully funded by HCA Healthcare, and selected colleagues complete and are paid for clinical hours during regular shifts.
