Job summary

Summit Health Management is seeking a per diem Imaging Tech Aide to support the Imaging Department. You will assist with patient preparation, privacy, and data entry, while coordinating with radiology staff to ensure smooth procedures.

The role requires English communication, strong customer service, and familiarity with imaging equipment and PACS systems. Per diem shifts may include weekends and holidays at satellite locations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED required.
• 0–1 year experience preferred; 2–4 years preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience with imaging, patient care, and filming equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers and places calls; relays messages and directs requests to staff.
• Prepares patients for procedures and maintains privacy.
• Documents patient history and verifies exam information.
• Reviews radiology orders for completeness with physician staff.
• Assists with MRI screening and safety protocols.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and uses PACS for image access.
