Responsibilities

• Care for the patient according to department standards and patient safety guidelines.
• Prepare procedure rooms and assist in preparing patients for exam or procedure.
• Escort patients, assist technologists/nurses/physicians during exams, and manage paperwork and films.
• Coordinate patient care based on imaging protocols and verify physician orders.
• Monitor schedules and communicate delays to staff and patients.
• Retrieve orders from EPIC, Chartview, Powerchart and manage documentation.
