Endeavor Health is seeking a Program Manager for Clinical Engineering Imaging to lead in-house service across CT, MRI, NM, and other modalities. You will direct the imaging service across sites, grow the in-house team, and drive uptime, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with clinical leadership on planning, procurement, and equipment lifecycle, while coordinating with HIPAA and safety requirements in a hospital setting.

Formación

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred; related experience considered.
• 5+ years servicing diagnostic imaging equipment across multiple modalities.
• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role in a technical/imaging environment.
• Expert knowledge of imaging modalities, PACS connectivity, and radiation safety.
• Strong CMMS fluency; vendor, contracts, and cross-functional project management.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day service, PM, and repair of all imaging modalities; manage work and rapid downtime response.
• Lead imaging technical team; manage schedules, on-call coverage, productivity, and mentoring.
• Own imaging uptime and PM compliance; build in-house capability to reduce OEM/third-party contracts.
• Execute modality-by-modality in-sourcing roadmap as capabilities and access are secured.
• Collaborate with Radiology, Cardiology, and Radiation Oncology leadership on service quality and planning.
• Coordinate with radiation physicist on QA testing, calibration, and licensing.
• Manage imaging vendors and contracts; support pre-purchase evaluations and cost analyses.
• Oversee imaging-device cybersecurity and PACS connectivity; maintain CMMS documentation.
