Job summary

Tri-Imaging Solutions is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer III to install, calibrate, repair, and optimize advanced diagnostic imaging systems (CT, MRI, PET/CT, ultrasound, X-ray) across diverse hospital settings.

You will lead complex service events, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with OEM teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, patient safety, and high equipment uptime. On-site and remote support within the territory are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–8+ years in servicing advanced diagnostic imaging equipment in healthcare or OEM/ISOs.
• Advanced OEM certifications preferred (CBET, CRES).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for complex equipment issues.
• Lead installation, calibration, and major repair projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with OEM engineering teams.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Provide after-hours on-call support.
