Job summary

Tri Imaging Solutions seeks a Director of Clinical Engineering to lead our Healthcare Technology Management program for hospital accounts. You will optimize equipment uptime, oversee BMETs and imaging service engineers, and supervise staff while maintaining ISO 13485 compliance.

You will manage maintenance, calibration, and safety inspections, coordinate client contract growth, and provide CMMS analytics to leadership. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years servicing clinical and patient care equipment in a hospital environment.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience.
• Experience supervising on-site hospital technicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HTM service program for assigned hospital accounts with focus on uptime, safety and performance.
• Supervise BMETs, ISEs and other personnel; train and mentor staff.
• Manage CMMS, generate maintenance and fail-code reports; present to management.
• Plan, organize, and direct growth and financial performance of client contracts.
• Ensure ISO 13485 compliance and quality management.
