Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Imaging Engineer III to service and support diagnostic imaging equipment across multiple facilities in Illinois. The role requires deep expertise in CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and PACS, with a focus on calibration, QA, and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 5+ years in imaging equipment service across multiple classes.
• License: Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge: CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, PACS, Vascular/Cath labs, radiation safety.
• Skills: Advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex imaging systems.
• Abilities: Multi-task across projects and mentor Biomed staff.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair complex imaging equipment; install and test systems.
• Perform advanced service per procedures and manufacturer specs.
• Interact with clinical staff to ensure needs are met; provide advanced technical support.
• Act as a technical resource to Biomed Techs and Imaging Engineers; mentor on-call.
• Document inspection, repair, and adjustment records; train staff on equipment use.
• Coordinate with radiation physicist on QA testing, calibration, and licensing.
