Job summary

enGen is seeking an Imaging Systems Administrator to ensure optimal performance of medical imaging systems and interfaces with EMR, RIS, PACS, and HL7. You will support clinical environments, ensuring seamless image viewing and data exchange.

You will lead project management, vendor relations, and workflow improvements, developing policies, testing plans, and training materials while collaborating with IT, clinical teams, and vendors to deliver secure imaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in medical imaging systems administration or PACS is preferred.
• Familiarity with DICOM and HL7 standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal viewing/interpretation environment for medical images.
• Monitor interfaces to EMR, RIS, PACS, and voice recognition systems.
• Develop testing plans, documents, and training materials.
• Manage projects to meet scope, budget, and quality goals.
• Engage stakeholders and drive vendor relations for imaging solutions.
• Provide IT support for imaging applications, upgrades, and data retrieval.
