Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Imaging Systems in Shreveport, LA to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites. You will manage customer relationships, perform PMs and service tasks, and collaborate with regional teams while traveling frequently to customer sites across the territory.

The role requires 1+ year in diagnostic imaging or 3+ years in electromechanical industries, plus an associate degree in electronics or related field.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours across customer sites.
• Ability to adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and generate service revenue.
• Collaborate with regional work teams and improve processes.
• Perform administrative duties: timesheets, service orders, PMs, FCOs, installation docs.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
• Travel approx. 70% across the geography; overnight stays may be required.
