Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in service delivery or operations.
• Experience in diagnostic imaging or healthcare tech preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 60%.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and integrate new hires while developing talent.
• Drive service strategies to improve customer loyalty and NPS.
• Own and drive the region's financial results (P&L).
• Collaborate with sales, operations and regulatory teams.
• Balance revenue growth with productivity and customer satisfaction.
