The role requires 5+ years of leadership, a background in diagnostic imaging or healthcare tech, and a proven ability to grow a profit/loss business. Expect cross-functional collaboration and travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in service delivery or operations.
• Diagnostic imaging or healthcare technology background preferred.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and managing a profit/loss business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or equivalent (9+ years experience).
• Strong leadership, teamwork, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for field service teams.
• Drive service and business strategies to achieve customer loyalty and revenue growth.
• Own full P&L and develop regional business plans.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and support to balance growth and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory adherence and high Net Promoter Score.
