The Detroit Medical Center Shared Services is seeking a Coordinator of Diagnostic Imaging Systems to oversee daily operations of imaging applications on-site. You will collaborate with the Market Radiology Director, Information Systems, and Radiology leadership to support radiologists, technologists, and customers who rely on these applications.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years radiology experience with advanced knowledge of anatomy and radiology procedures.
Technical background is essential to succeeding in this role.
AHA Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification required by end of orientation period.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive training and end-user support for imaging applications.
Manage and support front-end imaging applications.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving user issues with strong communication, diplomacy and tact.
Coordinate hospital information systems (HIS) to maintain data flow.
