Job summary

Detroit Medical Center Shared Services seeks a Coordinator of Diagnostic Imaging Systems to oversee daily imaging-app operations on-site, train end-users, and liaise with radiology and IS teams to ensure accurate data flow.

The role requires a strong technical background, five years radiology experience, and BLS certification; you will collaborate with the Radiology Director and Chief Physicist to support physicians and technologists.

Qualifications

• ARRT/NMTCB/AMRIT/ARDMS registration
• Minimum of five years radiology experience with advanced knowledge of anatomy and radiology procedures
• Technical background essential for success in this role
• Must have or complete American Heart Association BLS – Healthcare Provider by end of orientation

Responsibilities

• Training and support end-users to maximize imaging applications.
• Front-end imaging applications management and support.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve user issues with diplomacy.
• Coordinate hospital information systems (HIS) data flow.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and DMC policies; implement audit recommendations.
