The Imaging Services Representative performs a variety of skilled and complex clerical functions using a computer and the Imaging Service Department and Hospital Information Systems. Greets and takes care of the needs of our internal and external customers Collects appropriate data to correctly provide the customers with the requested services. Interviews patients to obtain demographic and financial data. Creates patient records and/or enter physician orders in the computer. Receives visitors and telephone calls, refers callers to the appropriate department or staff member. Takes action to resolve problems that may arise in their interaction with patients and physicians. Deals with confidential information in accordance with hospital policy
Minimum 25.00/hour - Maximum 25.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
