Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Radiology Tech Assistant to support technologists in exam rooms and assist with patient transport. Shifts typically run 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with per diem opportunities and rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certificate 1 Basic Life Support preferred.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers.

Responsabilités

• Provides clerical support including maintaining logs, answering phones, paging staff, printing requests, and greeting patients.
• Transports patients to and from the department according to protocols and notifies staff of delays.
• Assists with room setup, equipment readiness and turnover between cases.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in working area and equipment.
• Observes patient condition and reports any changes to technologists or nurses.
