Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for imaging procedures, providing clear information about what to expect.
• Assist patients with positioning and preparation to support safe, high-quality imaging.
• Prepare and organize imaging rooms, equipment, and supplies prior to procedures.
• Support radiology technologists with image processing, including labeling and transferring digital images to PACS.
• Assist with the safe transport of patients to and from the radiology department.
• Monitor and maintain departmental supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to patient procedures and billing requirements.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
