Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining what to expect.
• Assist patients with positioning and preparation for safe, high-quality imaging.
• Prepare imaging rooms, equipment, and supplies prior to procedures.
• Support radiology staff with image processing and file transfer to PACS.
• Assist with safe transport of patients to and from the radiology department.
• Monitor and maintain department supplies including gowns and contrast materials.
• Maintain accurate documentation for procedures and billing.
