Job summary

Revo/ i-Health is seeking an Imaging Supervisor to oversee x-ray, fluoroscopy, and cone-beam CT departments. This full-time role includes supervising two radiology teams across Maple Grove and adjacent clinics with about 40% patient care and occasional evenings/weekends.

The position requires ARRT Radiography certification and a radiologic technology degree, plus 2+ years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership and compliance with healthcare regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required.
• Minimum of 2 years of lead or supervisory experience in radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned radiology departments and ensure quality patient care.
• Partner with Imaging Director to recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop employees.
• Coordinate weekly staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Serve as liaison between Imaging Director and technologist staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead meetings and 1:1 sessions to share information and review performance.
