Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking an Imaging Supervisor to oversee daily operations of x-ray, fluoroscopy and cone-beam CT departments, with direct patient care included. The full-time role involves supervising two x-ray teams across Maple Grove, Plymouth, Robbinsdale, Blaine, Brooklyn Park, Otsego, and Coon Rapids, Monday–Friday with some evenings or weekends as needed.

Required ARRT Radiography certification and ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program, plus a minimum of two years leading

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required.
• Minimum of 2 years of lead or supervisory experience in radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned departments, ensuring excellent delivery of patient care.
• Partner with Imaging Director to recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop employees.
• Coordinate the weekly schedule to maintain appropriate staff coverage.
• Operate as a liaison between the Imaging Director and technologist staff to ensure quality and efficiency of patient service.
• Conduct meetings and one-on-one sessions; share information timely and accurately.
• Conduct annual reviews of direct reports and discuss compensation adjustments.
• Develop and maintain cone-beam CT accreditation for the site and ensure CE requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists and staff technologists to meet Quality Improvement Program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, and company policies.
• Perform general x-ray, fluoroscopy, and cone-beam CT procedures for physicians.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair.
• Participate in community functions related to TCO outreach events.
• Other duties as assigned, including Radiologic and/or MRI Technologist responsibilities.
