Job summary

i-Health imaging supervisor role overseeing x-ray, fluoroscopy, and cone-beam CT departments with two teams across Maple Grove, Plymouth, Robbinsdale and nearby clinics. 40% direct patient care; occasional evenings/weekends. Monday–Friday schedule, full-time, in-clinic setting.

Leading staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring regulatory compliance are key responsibilities in this growing imaging program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Minimum of 2 years of lead or supervisory experience in radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of x-ray, fluoroscopy and cone-beam CT departments.
• Coordinate weekly staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Lead performance reviews and staff development with Imaging Director.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Stark, OSHA and other regulations.
• Perform x-ray, fluoroscopy, and cone-beam CT procedures as needed.
• Maintain cone-beam CT accreditation and CE for staff.
