Job summary

Revo Health is seeking an Imaging Supervisor to oversee x-ray, fluoroscopy, and cone-beam CT services across multiple Twin Cities clinics. This full-time leadership role includes 40% direct patient care and coordinating two x-ray teams on weekdays, with occasional evenings or weekends.

The ideal candidate will hold ARRT radiography certification, have supervisory radiology experience, and lead quality improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required.
• Minimum of 2 years of lead or supervisory experience in radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned radiology departments and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate weekly staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage across sites.
• Partner with Imaging Director to recruit, hire, coach, and develop staff; conduct annual reviews.
