Job summary

Revo Health's Imaging Supervisor oversees daily operations of x-ray, fluoroscopy, and cone-beam CT services across multiple sites in the Twin Cities area. The role includes direct patient care and hands-on leadership of two x-ray teams, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing staff, coordinating weekly schedules, ensuring accreditation, and collaborating with radiologists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required.
• Minimum of 2 years of lead or supervisory experience in radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned departments, ensuring excellent delivery of patient care.
• Coordinate the weekly schedule to maintain staff coverage.
• Develop and maintain cone-beam CT accreditation and CT continuing education requirements.
• Partner with Imaging Director to recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop employees.
• Perform general x-ray, fluoroscopy, and cone-beam CT procedures as needed.
