Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) through Twin Cities Orthopedics seeks an Imaging Supervisor to oversee x-ray, fluoroscopy, and cone-beam CT operations. This full-time role includes direct patient care 40% of the time and supervision across multiple clinics in the Twin Cities region.

The position requires ARRT certification and a program graduate, with at least two years of leadership in radiology. Competitive benefits accompany a weekday schedule with occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified radiographer with program completion.
• Minimum two years lead or supervisory radiology experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of x-ray, fluoroscopy, and cone-beam CT departments.
• Supervise staff scheduling and staffing coverage weekly.
• Coordinate with Imaging Director and lead technologists on reviews and compensation.
• Maintain CT accreditation and education requirements.
• Perform radiologic procedures as needed for physicians.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
