Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Demonstrates computer skills.
• CPR Certification (BLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Cares for patients during procedures per department standards.
• Prepares procedure rooms and coordinates with staff.
• Explains exams and answers basic questions; escalates complex queries.
• Assists technologists, nurses or physicians during exams.
• Manages paperwork and patient demographics; ensures accurate documentation.
• Uses Radnet and PACS to manage imaging workflows and scheduling.
• Ensures supplies are stocked and the work area remains clean and safe.
• Organizes and prioritizes work to maintain patient flow in imaging.
