Job summary

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking an Imaging Technology Management Analyst to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair imaging equipment, including preventive maintenance and site-specific procedures to ensure regulatory and manufacturer standards.

The role requires 2+ years imaging service experience and formal training in Clinical Electronics Technology, with a focus on X-ray, fluoroscopy and ultrasound systems, working with IS&T teams in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of vocational or college training in Clinical Electronics Technology.
• 2+ years of imaging service experience.
• Minimum two years' experience in hospital or clinical setting, clinical manufacturer or service provider, or military training on clinical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts, calibrates, performs operational verification, tests electrical safety, and other tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety of complex medical equipment.
• Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with both technical and clinical groups internally and externally.
• Work with IS&T department staff to facilitate better communication between departments.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network/system issues as applicable to clinical & imaging devices.
• Adhere to IS&T security standards and regulations to uphold the integrity of the organization.
• Solid knowledge of how to design and execute high-touch customer programs leading to successful customer engagements
