Job summary

HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital seeks a Supervisor of Diagnostic Imaging to manage day-to-day operations across all imaging modalities, mentor staff, and drive performance. The role leads scheduling, supplies, and resource management while ensuring QA/QC and regulatory compliance.

You will work within the Imaging Department to develop a cohesive team, conduct evaluations, onboard new hires, and maintain high patient satisfaction and operational indicators.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography credential required.
• RT Radiologic Technologist certification required.
• Minimum two years of imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of all Imaging Modalities and staff.
• Leads and mentors staff, on-boards new employees and conducts evaluations.
• Ensures QA/QC standards and regulatory compliance (TJC, Florida, ACR, ARRT).
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, supplies, and resource management.
• Strives to meet hospital, division and corporate indicators.
